pedal disc Rear Brake Pedal - JTI ProductsEvery component is constructed of CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum. Nothing is cast, bent, or pressed. The pedal arm is either BLACK SATIN or BLACK TEXTURE powder coated and nearly 1 2" thick at its narrowest point. That's almost double the thickness of our competitors'. Our unique design runs over the top of the pegs but under the kick starter so there is no interference with the engine case or kicker, so it will work with the stock kick starter.

The pedal arm is either BLACK SATIN or BLACK TEXTURE powder coated and nearly 1/2" thick at its narrowest point. That's almost double the thickness of our competitors'. Our unique design runs over the top of the pegs but under the kick starter so there is no interference with the engine case or kicker, so it will work with the stock kick starter. The pedal tip has (3) three positions so you can adjust the distance to your liking. The remaining holes can be used for a brake saver (sold separately). No spacing or modifications required, even on the 110L. 2 versions available for drum or disc brakes. (Works with disc brake versions that use that same brake arm location as the stock brake does. Others like the BBR disc brake conversions that relocate the arm will not work. Ask us about your specific setup prior to placing an order)

Fits: 2002-Current Kawasaki KLX110/KLX110L 2003-2006 Suzuki DR-Z110
Works with stock peg mounts as well as our JTI peg bracket and Corso Plate. Known to also work with the Kinetic MX straight mount. Does not work with the kinetic upsweep, Two Brothers Racing or BBR peg mounts.
Compatible with BBR Super Stock swingarm.
DOES NOT WORK WITH THE BBR or TBR Peg Mount

Note: Requires drum brakes to be in good operating condition and brake pivot rod to be in correct position. (many are bent but can normally be straightened successfully)

Complete and very handy tire repair kit
I bought this tire repair kit to keep in my vehicle for emergencies, and it has already come in handy. The kit comes with everything needed to fix a flat quickly, and having all the tools in one case is very convenient.
The plugs worked well and sealed the puncture properly, allowing me to get back on the road without issues. The tools feel solid and easy to use, even if you don’t have a lot of experience with tire repairs.
The case is a bit tight once everything is packed back in, but that’s a small issue. Overall, this is a reliable and practical kit that’s great to have for cars, motorcycles, or other vehicles. I’m very glad I bought it.

Great in every way
Nice kit full of useful tools to fix punctures in tires better than anything I have ever tried before. The quality is pretty good - good enough to do what it’s supposed to do. It’s better if you fix your tire when it’s off of your car. It’s a lot easier to push the plug down when your standing and can use your body weight rather than laying on the ground in an awkward position and trying to push the plug in. I did the latter and it was not fun. I lived and learned. Anyhow, I wasn’t going to drive on rims essentially with a flat to get it repaired somewhere so this was a fantastic buy.

Amazing
This was an amazing kit, I recent got a hug nail in my tire and wanted to save money. The directions are super easy to follow and actually doing the job was a breeze. I’m no mechanic so I fully recommend this product. Definitely cut down the unwanted rubber at the end.
